Greatness is Within You, Leave Your Mark

John Maxwell says Success is how well I have done for myself. Significance is how well I have done for myself and others. Greatness however is how well I inspire others to do well for themselves and others. I love that definition as it has a generational tone to it. It's the third and forth level deep in an organization doing better off because I chose to lead and to live my life in a certain way that it inspires others to live life in a certain way. It's the third and fourth generation of a branch in a family tree being better off because I chose to live life in a certain kind of way.
