In this episode of Principles with Cory and Logan our guest Tyler Dickerhoof joins us to discuss what it means to be an "Impact Driven Leader."
Tyler says he used to believe that his worth was derived from how much knew, so his life was very much about convincing others that he knew it all. Any time challenges would come his way, he would simply put his head down and push his way through them, eventually pushing away all of those close to him, too.
In this episode Tyler shares how over the last decade or so, of immersing himself in the world of personal development and discovered a very welcoming community within network marketing has helped his relationships go from fractured to thriving, discovering a new sense of fulfillment, and accomplished things in both my business and personal life that he never even knew were possible.
Tyler's mission in life is to provide others with the self-awareness, the tools, and the community they need to make the same miraculous transformation.
In this episode we discuss:
- The 4 Barriers to Leadership.
-The dichotomy of passion and intensity.
-Wisdom, understanding, and knowledge?

In this episode of Principles with Cory and Logan we talk life, business, and mindset with entrepreneur Roy Carruba. Roy is the owner and operator of Carruba engineering based out of Metairie, LA.
Roy believes in treating the people that one works with like family. To him, the true definition of success is achieving one’s goals, while maintaining balance in their life. If someone’s family life suffers for their work, then the quality of their work will falter as well. Conversely, if one is not attentive to their business, their personal relationships will suffer. In the words of Joseph Kennedy, “My business is my family and my family is my business”.
You will not want to miss some of the gold Roy shares about life and business in this episode. He shares how he had to discover the importance of LIVING A NARROW LIFE and a life with set boundaries.
